Introduction

Sling Let’s You Do That™. Sling’s vision to give customers increased flexibility called for a more robust TV shopping experience to allow customers to subscribe to the content they want, when they want it. With a confusing package structure, our TV customers were frequently frustrated when they couldn’t find specific content or worse, purchase the wrong thing. We set out to rethink how customers shop and discover content from their sofas.
